To ensure every child receive proper training, our instructors are best selected from tens of thousands of applicants through 7 strict processes -- the hiring rate is only 3%. 
Till now we already have more than 10,000 instructors with fine arts degrees. About 60 of them are honored with degrees by art schools worldwide, bringing international and diversified aesthetic thinking and teaching concepts.
